NursePal Pro is intended for licensed healthcare professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to practice in your jurisdiction to use this platform.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

NursePal Pro offers a 45-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided at our discretion. You may cancel at any time from Settings.

• Sharing your account with others
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to access other users' data
• Reverse engineering or copying the platform

NursePal Pro is a scheduling and practice management tool. It does not provide medical advice. We are not liable for clinical decisions made using the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
